The caretakers are so genuinely kind and caring towards her and all of the people and families who visit. My Mom’s personal needs are met and she has assistance with dressing, bathing, hair care and really anything that my mom used to be able to do but now struggles with because of her age.The quality of the food is unbelievable, homemade, fresh and delicious. I have personally had samples of their meals and it’s wonderful. The home is so clean and yet not institutional like. It truly is a cozy home and the best place I could have imagined for my Mom.”

"Our mom being at Halinas has been a wonderful experience. After several trips back-and-forth from the hospital and rehab centers we knew it was time for her to have full-time care. We have been to some nursing home facilities and found that most of the time she was sitting at the nurses station in her wheelchair and was not happy. When we heard about Halinas we went out to visit the different homes and what a difference. A residential home with a limited number of residents per facility gives her a lot of personalized care and attention. Two full-time caregivers a beautiful dining room to go together for dinner a sitting room to watch TV together and a nice open area to visit. The natural lighting throughout the house really makes it fresh and open. Communication between our family and Halinas has always been very prompt and informative. We have spent the last few holidays having dinner with mom the residents and their family. Wouldn’t have her anywhere else she has great caregivers peaceful atmosphere and we can visit whenever we want."
